"The Penitent Magdalene" was painted in oil on canvas, having the following dimensions: 91 x 74 cm; it is dated 1635, when Guido Reni was 60 years of age. Thus, it may be considered one of the Latests works of art signed by Guido Reni.

Hey guys,

I went to church today, so naturally I wanted to do something involving religion, this is Mary Magdalen looking into the heavens at her maker.

I hope you guys enjoy this piece, I will be making more of these as the style is growing on me.
